About the Principal

Kate Loveland, Principal

Welcome to Parker Elementary, home of the Pumas!  My name is Kate Loveland and I have been in ISD 728 since 2004.  Prior to becoming the Principal at Parker, I was a Curriculum Specialist on the Teaching & Learning Team (5 years) and taught in multiple elementary buildings across the district (11 years).  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Human Relations/Multicultural Education from St. Cloud State University, a Master of Art in Education degree, and a K-12 Administration license from St. Mary's University. 

I live in Otsego with my husband, son and dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family, sports, exercising, reading and traveling. I am excited to be part of the Parker family and work alongside the students, parents/guardians, staff and community!
