Health Services at Parker Elementary

The Parker Elementary Health Office is staffed by Kris Stevens, Health Services Administrative Assistant and Nicole Montgomery, LSN.  Together they help provide a safe environment for students and staff.

The Health Services Administrative Assistant is in the Health Office daily from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and is certified in First Aid and CPR/AED.  The Health Services Administrative Assistant provides first aid, emergency care and illness interventions, and administers medication according to school district policy.  The Health Services Administrative Assistant provides this care under the supervision of a Licensed School Nurse.

The Licensed School Nurse is on duty as the coordinator and supervisor of several Health Service offices throughout the district.  The Licensed School Nurse schedules site visits and maintains contact with the Health Services Administrative Assistant regarding student's needs in each school.

Both the Health Services Administrative Assistant and Licensed School Nurse are available to address any questions or concerns related to your student.
